Form & Heritage was founded on the belief that furniture should be designed and built with the same care as any well-engineered system.
Form & Heritage is a design and engineering studio in Boise, Idaho, founded by Andres Gonzalez, a mechanical engineer by training. His career spans manufacturing, technical drafting and hands-on fabrication.
Every piece is designed and built in-house for daily use. The studio works with homeowners, interior designers and architects on custom pieces that fit the wider space.
Outside the studio, Andres is a husband and father of three. That keeps the work focused on furniture meant to endure, be maintained and be passed down.
